Body Beautiful
This seminar is open to anyone who wants explore
body issues for the purposes of self love and health. We will be learning
to view our bodies as temples. Getting together with people who are all looking
to achieve a similar goal is a wonderful way to support each of us in making
beneficial changes in our lives. The goal is to have a radiantly healthy, slim and beautiful
body with ease and grace.

Since aligning with myself with the Harmony centre and Shanti mission ,I’ve found my on-going issues with my weight and my body to be more than just mental and physical, but actually a spiritual problem and thus have had tremendous results from employing a multi-dimensional approach to my body. For most of my life I’ve hated my body and forever telling myself I’m fat, ugly, not good enough blah blah blah and it didn’t really matter how much exercise i did and how little i ate, i was still fat and therefore completely unacceptable and worthless as a human being. (In reality i was really only about 3kg overweight, if that) Since doing regular meditations, energetic healings, positive affirmations and attending the ‘Body beautiful course’ - I’ve actually managed to get rid of a lot of the thoughts and beliefs that were making me feel terrible about myself, with ease and Grace, and as a result not only have i been able to look at myself in the mirror and say, out loud ‘i love you’ and mean it (something id never done until 2 weeks ago), but I’ve actually lost weight and feel better and more at peace and in harmony with the world and myself than i ever have before. (And suddenly people around me are telling me how beautiful i am!) I have soooo much more energy and eat whatever i feel like – and surprisingly it is mostly healthy, wholesome and natural food i want to eat now - but the motivation this time is love of myself and my body and wanting to look after it, rather than punishing and depriving myself driven by fear and self criticism. And what’s even better is i FEEL lighter and more bouncy and happier and more alive than ever before in both my body and my mind and now when i exercise i do things that are fun and joyful for me like dancing and swimming – rather than a chore-like, hardcore army style work out of 100 reps or whatever i used 2 do at the gym. This has COMPLETELY revolutionised my life and i highly recommend igniting your spirit and freeing yourself from your own and societies imprisoning beliefs about Bodies coz we all have them, they are all unique and we are all beautiful.
