I am very excited. We are well and truly on our way to anchoring a wonderful and transformational event in the inaugural Bodhi Festival from February 24-26.
 
Bodhi Festival will be the first of its kind to be held in Australia, and what better city in which to anchor it than our visioned Spiritual Capital of Australia – Newcastle. 
 
All the artists are confirmed (Dave Stringer, Deva Premal, Jai Uttal and many more….the best of the best!), the transformation of the David Jones building into the stunningAbode of Peace is underway, planning is now being implemented, an army of helpers and volunteers is being mobilised, and the public is embracing the Festival through the huge online community being created through Facebook and the Bodhi Festival website.
 
We are now focusing on ticket sales to the Festival. We have made a fantastic start, so much so that we have decided to cap sales for this year’s festival at a little over 2,000. That way we can deliver a wonderfully nurturing and transformational experience for everyone who attends.
 
With this in mind, our wish is for no-one in the Shanti Mission family to miss out, so we have put together a special way for you to purchase and pay for your tickets that will guarantee your chance to be there, and give you time to pay with ease and grace.
 
You will be able to pay for your ticket by instalments with an initial deposit of $100 paid by the end of Sunday January 22. That will secure your ticket and give you a month to make the remaining instalment payments leading up to the Festival. This offer is only available to members of the Shanti Mission community.
 
In addition to this, by paying your deposit this week, or purchasing your ticket online you will go into a draw to win your accommodation (for two people) at a great hotel, or an invitation for 2 (10 prizes to win) to the gala Bodhi Festival Opening Night party, and everyone who books this week will receive a FREE Bodhi Festival CD sampler.

Thank you for taking advantage of our special offer and go into the draw to win fabulous prizes.
If you wish to pay for Bodhi Festival tickets through the Installment Plan, this is how the Plan will work and the terms and conditions:
1.             Tell us your spiritual name, bank account name, e-mail address and telephone number to put on our Installment Register.
2.             You will be allocated a Log No and the details for the Bodhi Festival Bank Account for you to make deposits to.  It will be important for you to put the Log No on your deposit as a reference to allow us to track your payments on our bank statement.
3.             When you have made your final payment we will purchase your ticket(s) for you and you will be sent your receipt and confirmation e-mail.  You will need to print this out and bring it with you to redeem your wristband at the Event Registration booth.
4.             The Bodhi Festival Bank details to make your deposits to is:

     Depositor Details: Your name and Log No Allocated as reference

It is important for you to know that making payments for tickets this way means that monies are non refundable if you decide to change your mind about going.
If you have purchased your tickets online during the offer period, please send me an email with your Spiritual Name, the Name on your ticket purchase & receipt number and you will go into the draw to win prizes.
Prize winners will be notified in writing by Friday 27 January 2012.
