IGNITE YOUR SPIRIT TEACHER TRAINING 2011

We are now accepting enrolments to our 2011 Ignite Your Spirit
teacher training program. This program is an intensive personal
development program and is the first of two seminars that need to be
completed prior to teaching the Path of Ease and Grace within Shanti
Mission.

Over the years the standard of tuition and the calibre of our
students and teachers has risen quite dramatically. We hold the
intention of being the gold standard in the training of spiritual
teachers. This means a high level of commitment from all concerned.

Shakti Durga together with Jagatambe, and either Maitreya or Shankara
(sometimes both) will be your guides on this soulful adventure, the
purpose of which is to pull you into your highest and most authentic
self. There will be guest teaching roles from Ananda Netti and possibly
others from time to time.

This program is only open to those who perceive in their hearts that
Shakti Durga is their Guru. It is a devotional program as well as a
program in which high levels of skill will be developed in terms of the
‘nuts and bolts’ of running classes, managing difficult students,
engaging your audience, speaking with confidence, clarity and deep
knowledge of the material, retaining focus, humility, compassion and
non-judgment.

You will need to pay for the folder of teaching resources, and an
upfront fee of $350 will be required for that purpose. (Should anyone
have difficulty with that one off payment a plan can be created to pay
over time).

Tuition is offered by donation of money and services. The service
commitment is 3 hours per week for the duration of the program. Service
will count as part of the curricula of the course as it is crucial to
the success of each person as a world class spiritual teacher that a
service mentality be awakened. Service is the calling of the heart of
the spiritual master.

Prerequisites for this seminar are:

1. Devotion to Shakti Durga and willingness to develop Sharanagathi (internal receptivity to the teacher).
2. Successfully Graduated in Ignite Your Spirit Therapy.
3. A desire to teach.
4. Commitment to the program, including completion of homework tasks
   and service (estimated to take a minimum of 3 hours per week service and
   2 hours per week   homework outside of class time).
5. Teaching IYS 1 and 2 in the weeks prior to the completion of the training program as part of the curricula.
6. Willingness to adhere to our teacher/disciple code of conduct.
7. You are already initiated as Disciple or you desire to be initiated as disciple which means:

a.     A promise to dedicate yourself to serving your fellow man for the rest of this incarnation.

b.     That you will adhere to our code of conduct.

c.     That you wish to be an empowered and effective Shanti Mission Peace Ambassador in the world.
