Co-dependence workshop

Interdependence is an easy flow of give and take in relationship, without any underlying agenda.  For example, it was common in the 1950's for the male to provide security financially and for the female to provide child rearing and love.  If the woman, maybe through post-natal depression, stopped fulfilling her side of the unspoken 'bargain' the male could feel rejected and start acting out.  We are hoping to move out of this kind of co-dependence into interdependence, where we are able to fulfil our needs for love AND security by ourselves, whilst being supported by our beloved.

During this workshop we will examine what co-dependence is and how it seeps into our relationships, whilst exploring the delicate balance between aloofness and co-dependence.  We will look at the complexity of interdependence, and focus on building energetic pathways to start to create interdependence in our relationships.

All welcome

Shekinah’s pure bliss is teaching, healing and seeing others shine. She loves to work with people to empower them to bring heaven to Earth in their own lives. Part of Shekinah’s mastery is with the Kabbalistic tradition and the Tree of Life, which often come through in her healings and teaching. Shekinah treasures her healing practice and welcomes clients into the intimacy of her home in Malabar in Eastern Sydney, where she lives with her beloved, their two children and adorable dog Oli.
