Paneurhythmy Shanti Mission, Carmen 2020

The dance called paneurythmy is an intelligent interchange between the living forces in nature and our own development. It is a method of harmonizing ourselves with the most beneficial rhythms of the universe. The music and choreography was composed by Master Peter Deunov from Bulgaria in the 1900s. The dance comprises 28 movements that integrate body, mind and soul.

The goal of paneurhythmy is to attain a balanced relationship between the movement (body), the understanding (mind) and the psychic life (soul).

Come and experience this sacred dance. Feel the harmony it brings to your whole being! Watch it in action in the Rila Mountains in Bulgaria.
